Trust — ishonchli ikki tomonlama hisob-kitob ilovasi. Ushbu siyosat ilova qanday ma'lumot yig'ishi, ulardan qanday foydalanishi va ularni kim bilan bo'lishishini tushuntiradi.

1. Biz yig'adigan ma'lumotlar

1.1. Ijarachi va mijoz ma'lumotlari («Ijaradagi uylar» va «To'yxona» modullari)

Bu modullarda siz — uy egasi yoki to'yxona egasi sifatida — o'z ijarachingiz yoki mijozingizning ismi va telefon raqamini kiritasiz. Bu ma'lumotlar faqat ijara hisob-kitobi va bron boshqaruvi uchun ishlatiladi. Ijarachi/mijozga ilova ham, hisob ham kerak emas — yozuv faqat uni kiritgan egasining hisobida turadi va boshqa foydalanuvchilarga ko'rinmaydi.

• Mas'uliyat: ijarachi/mijoz ma'lumotini qonuniy asosda kiritish va bu haqda uning o'zini xabardor qilish — ma'lumotni kiritgan biznes foydalanuvchi zimmasida (O'zbekiston Respublikasining «Shaxsga doir ma'lumotlar to'g'risida»gi qonuniga muvofiq).
• Saqlash: bu yozuvlar ham boshqa hisob ma'lumotlari kabi Supabase serverlarida (O'zbekistondan tashqarida) saqlanadi (§5).
• O'chirish: yozuvlar egasining hisobida yashaydi — ega ularni o'chirsa yoki o'z hisobini o'chirsa (§6), ular ham shu tartibda olib tashlanadi. Ma'lumoti kiritilgan shaxs o'chirishni quyidagi email orqali ham so'rashi mumkin (§9).

2. Ma'lumotlardan qanday foydalanamiz

• Hisobingizga xavfsiz kirishingizni ta'minlash;
• Qarz va hisob-kitoblarni yuritish, ikki tomonlama tasdiqlash;
• Siz yozgan matnni tahlil qilib, xarajat/daromad yozuvini yaratish;
• Trust AI orqali moliyaviy tahlil va tavsiya berish (§3).

3. Trust AI va uchinchi tomon (Anthropic)

Ilovadagi Trust AI — moliyaviy hamroh chat. U Anthropic PBC (AQSH) xizmatidagi claude-opus-4-8 modeli yordamida ishlaydi. Bu shuni anglatadiki, so'rovingizga javob berish uchun ma'lumotning bir qismi uchinchi tomon serveriga yuboriladi. Quyida aynan nima yuborilishi ochiq yozilgan.

3.1. Nima YUBORILADI

• Agregat (umumlashtirilgan) moliyaviy xulosa — oylik daromad/xarajat jami, toifalar bo'yicha summalar va foizlar, trend, qarz summalari va muddatlari, jamg'arma odati.
• Siz AI'ga yozgan xabar matni va shu suhbatning oxirgi bir necha xabari.

3.2. Nima YUBORILMAYDI

• Kontragentlarning haqiqiy ismlari yuborilmaydi. Ular serverda, tashqariga chiqishdan OLDIN taxallusga almashtiriladi: «Anvar» → HAMKOR_1. Javob qaytgach, taxallus qurilmangizda yana haqiqiy ismga almashtiriladi. Anthropic haqiqiy ismni ko'rmaydi.
• Xom yozuvlar (har bir tranzaksiya alohida) yuborilmaydi — faqat agregat.
• Telefon raqamingiz, parol/token va OTP kodlari — hech qachon.

3.3. Ruxsat (rozilik)

Trust AI'dan birinchi marta foydalanganingizda sizdan aniq rozilik so'raladi va nima yuborilishi ko'rsatiladi. Rozilik bermasangiz — ilovaning qolgan barcha qismi (qarz, xarajat, hisob-kitob) to'liq ishlaydi. AI ixtiyoriy funksiya.

3.4. Saqlash muddati va nazorat

• Suhbat tarixi bizning serverimizda (Supabase) saqlanadi — siz uni ilovada ko'rasiz.
• Anthropic so'rovni javob berish uchun qayta ishlaydi. Anthropic API orqali yuborilgan ma'lumot model o'qitish uchun ishlatilmaydi (Anthropic tijorat shartlariga muvofiq).
• Hisobingizni o'chirsangiz, Trust AI suhbat tarixingiz ham o'chiriladi.
• Suhbat tarixini alohida o'chirishni quyidagi email orqali so'rashingiz mumkin.

3.5. AI javobi noto'g'ri yoki nomaqbul bo'lsa

Har bir AI javobi ostida shikoyat (flag) tugmasi bor. Uni bossangiz, javob bizga tekshirish uchun yuboriladi. AI xato qilishi mumkin — u litsenziyalangan moliyaviy maslahatchi emas va investitsiya, soliq yoki huquqiy maslahat bermaydi.

4. Ma'lumotlarni uchinchi tomonlar bilan bo'lishish

Biz ma'lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz. Ilova ishlashi uchun quyidagi xizmatlardan foydalanamiz:

4.1. Modul obunalari va to'lov (Apple App Store)

Pullik modullar (Xarajat, Qarz daftari, Ijaradagi uylar, To'yxona) obunasi Apple App Store orqali rasmiylashtiriladi. Obunani hisobingizda faollashtirish uchun Apple bergan chek (receipt) va tranzaksiya identifikatorlari serverimizda saqlanadi. To'lov kartasi ma'lumotlari bizga kelmaydi — ular Apple'da qoladi va faqat Apple tomonidan qayta ishlanadi. Obunani bekor qilish — App Store sozlamalari orqali.

5. Ma'lumotlarni uzatish va saqlash

Barcha ma'lumotlar qurilma va serverimiz o'rtasida HTTPS (shifrlangan) orqali uzatiladi. Asosiy ma'lumotlar Supabase serverlarida saqlanadi.

Chegaradan tashqari uzatish. Yuqoridagi xizmatlar (Anthropic, Groq, OpenAI, Supabase, Google/Firebase, Apple, Render) serverlari O'zbekistondan tashqarida joylashgan. Bu siz kiritgan ijarachi/mijoz ma'lumotlariga ham tegishli (§1.1). Ilova biometrik va genetik ma'lumot yig'maydi. Ilova mikrofondan foydalanmaydi va ovoz yozmaydi.

6. Sizning huquqlaringiz

• Hisobingizdagi ma'lumotlarni ko'rish;
• Trust AI suhbat tarixini o'chirishni so'rash;
• Hisobingizni va unga bog'liq ma'lumotlarni (AI tarixi bilan birga) o'chirish — ilova ichidan yoki quyidagi email orqali.
• Ilova foydalanuvchisi bo'lmasangiz-u, ma'lumotingiz (ism, telefon) ijarachi yoki mijoz sifatida kiritilgan bo'lsa — o'chirishni quyidagi email orqali so'rashingiz mumkin (§1.1).

7. Bolalar va yosh chegarasi

Ilova 18 yoshdan katta foydalanuvchilar uchun mo'ljallangan (moliyaviy hisob-kitob va AI chat).

8. O'zgarishlar

Siyosat yangilanishi mumkin. Muhim o'zgarishlar ilova orqali ma'lum qilinadi.

Trust — Privacy Policy (English)

Trust is a two-sided bookkeeping app. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

1. Data we collect

1.1. Tenant and client data ("Rental houses" and "Wedding venue" modules)

In these modules you — as a landlord or a wedding-venue owner — enter the name and phone number of your tenant or client. This data is used solely for rent bookkeeping and booking management. The tenant/client needs neither the app nor an account — the record lives only in the account of the owner who entered it and is not visible to other users.

• Responsibility: entering tenant/client data on a lawful basis and informing that person is the responsibility of the business user who enters it (in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data").
• Storage: like the rest of the account data, these records are stored on Supabase servers (outside Uzbekistan) (§5).
• Deletion: the records live in the owner's account — when the owner deletes them or deletes their account (§6), they are removed in the same way. The person whose data was entered may also request deletion via the email below (§9).

2. How we use data

• Secure access to your account;
• Maintaining debts and settlements with two-sided confirmation;
• Parsing the text you type into an expense/income entry;
• Providing financial analysis and suggestions via Trust AI (§3).

3. Trust AI and a third party (Anthropic)

Trust AI is an in-app financial companion chat powered by the claude-opus-4-8 model from Anthropic PBC (USA). This means part of your data is sent to a third-party server to answer your question. Exactly what is sent is listed below.

3.1. What IS sent

• An aggregated financial summary — monthly income/expense totals, per-category sums and percentages, trends, debt amounts and ages, saving habits.
• The text of your message to the AI and the last few messages of that conversation.

3.2. What is NOT sent

• Real counterparty names are never sent. They are pseudonymized on our server before leaving it: "Anvar" → HAMKOR_1. The real name is restored on your device after the reply comes back. Anthropic never sees the real name.
• Raw per-transaction rows are not sent — aggregates only.
• Your phone number, credentials/tokens and OTP codes — never.

3.3. Consent

The first time you use Trust AI you are asked for explicit consent and shown what gets sent. If you decline, the rest of the app (debts, expenses, settlements) works fully. AI is optional.

3.4. Retention and control

• Chat history is stored on our server (Supabase) so you can see it in the app.
• Anthropic processes the request to generate a reply. Data sent via the Anthropic API is not used to train models (per Anthropic's commercial terms).
• If you delete your account, your Trust AI chat history is deleted too.
• You may request deletion of chat history separately via the email below.

3.5. If an AI reply is wrong or offensive

Every AI reply has a flag button beneath it; flagging sends the reply to us for review. The AI can make mistakes — it is not a licensed financial adviser and does not give investment, tax or legal advice.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We use the following services to operate the app:

4.1. Module subscriptions and payment (Apple App Store)

Subscriptions to paid modules (Expenses, Debt ledger, Rental houses, Wedding venue) are processed via the Apple App Store. To activate the subscription on your account, the receipt and transaction identifiers issued by Apple are stored on our server. Payment-card data never reaches us — it stays with Apple and is processed by Apple only. Subscriptions are cancelled via App Store settings.

5. Transfer and storage

All data is transmitted between the device and our server over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Primary data is stored on Supabase servers.

Cross-border transfer. The services above (Anthropic, Groq, OpenAI, Supabase, Google/Firebase, Apple, Render) operate servers outside Uzbekistan. This also applies to the tenant/client data you enter (§1.1). The app does not collect biometric or genetic data. The app does not use the microphone and does not record audio.

6. Your rights

• Access the data in your account;
• Request deletion of your Trust AI chat history;
• Delete your account and related data (including AI history) — in the app or via the email below.
• If you are not an app user but your data (name, phone) was entered as a tenant or client — you may request deletion via the email below (§1.1).

7. Children and age rating

The app is intended for users aged 18+ (financial bookkeeping and AI chat).

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
